Do I need to provide hosting or admin access?
Yes, I need WordPress admin access to diagnose and fix the issue. For security, you can create a temporary admin account and delete it after delivery. If your site won't load at all, I may also need hosting cPanel or FTP access. All credentials are kept confidential and never shared.
Do you also provide ongoing website maintenance?
Yes! I offer monthly WordPress maintenance starting at $50/month (updates, backups, security monitoring). This gig is for one-time fixes, but after delivery I can set up ongoing maintenance. Contact me to discuss a custom plan.
How fast can you fix my problem?
Most issues are fixed within 24 hours. For same-day delivery, choose the Premium package or add the "Extra Fast Delivery" extra (+$20 for 24-hour delivery, or +$50 for 6-hour emergency fix).
What if I don't know what's wrong with my site?
No problem! Many clients aren't sure what the issue is. Just describe what's happening (site won't load, shows error, looks broken, etc.) and share your URL. I'll diagnose the problem quickly and explain it in simple terms before fixing it. Message me anytime if you need help figuring it out.
What if the issue cannot be fixed?
If the problem cannot be solved, I will explain why and provide a full refund, or suggest alternative solutions.
Will you keep a backup before working?
Yes! I always create a backup or restore point before making any changes. If your hosting doesn't support easy backups, I'll use a plugin or manual backup. Your site's safety is my priority.
Can you fix issues with any WordPress theme or plugin?
Yes! I work with all major themes (Elementor, Divi, Avada, Astra, etc.) and plugins (WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Yoast, etc.). I also fix custom-coded themes and plugins. If you're using a very obscure or heavily modified setup, I'll let you know before starting.
