Usually within a few hours. Most sites are fully cleaned within 24 hours. If your site is down or redirecting, message me first and I will prioritize it.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access, and ideally hosting access (cPanel or FTP). Malware often hides outside WordPress, in files and the database, so hosting access gives the best result.
Will I lose my content or orders?
No. I make a full backup of files and database before any change. Pages, posts, products and orders stay intact.
What if my site gets hacked again?
Every cleanup includes security hardening to close the entry point. For extra peace of mind, add the 30-day reinfection guarantee: if it comes back, I clean it again for free.
Can you remove the red Google warning?
Yes, with the Blacklist Removal add-on. After the cleanup I submit a review request in Google Search Console. Google usually clears the warning within 1 to 3 days.
