I will implement dynamics 365 field service

Configuration of Dynamics Field Service that helps you plan your resources, work, and proactive maintenance.

Basic scope includes:

✅ Introduction workshop (2 hours)

✅ Installation of Field Service and general configuration of Field Service Module (Priorities, Postal Codes, Territories).

✅ Configuration of Work Orders (Service Tasks, Work Order Types, Incident Types, KB Articles, Resolution detail). 

✅ Configuration of Resource Scheduling Optimization (Goals, Scopes, and Schedules). 

✅ Configuration of inventory and purchasing (warehouses, inventory, RMA, price lists, invoicing, taxes).

✅ Training of administrator (2 hours).

✅ We can cooperate after this basic setup on further customizations or integrations with 3rd party systems (actual work is charged separately).
