How do I describe the look I want?
Share reference images or film stills you love. Explain what draws you to them — colors, contrast, mood — and the feeling you want viewers to have. More detail means better results.
Do I send unedited or edited footage?
Send the final edited version. Color grading is the last step in post-production. For delivery specs, see: "How do I provide my edited project?"
How do I provide my edited project?
Depending on a project, a ProRes 422HQ/4444 render with EDL or an XML/AAF and source footage. If unsure, contact me or your editor — we'll find the best workflow.
When will I see the work?
Once complete, I'll share a review link via Dropbox Replay or Frame.io. You can leave frame-specific comments directly in the player.
Do you provide the project file?
No. Project files are not included in delivery.
Can you grade HDR footage?
Yes. I grade both SDR and HDR (HLG) media.
What file formats do you deliver?
I deliver in your requested format — typically ProRes, DNxHR, or H.264/H.265. HDR deliveries available in HLG.
