The Creator agrees to make one complimentary revision per video they deliver to the Brand, such as captions, video editing, etc.. This does not include reshoots. Reshoots are only permitted if the UGC Creator substantially deviates from the AGREED UPON brief/script. See below for my reshoot policy.

Reshoots are only permitted if the Creator substantially deviates from the AGREED UPON brief/script. If the Brand requests a reshoot, the Creator is subject to an extra $50 per desired video, and the Creator will not begin work on this until having the initial set payment altered accordingly.

I do not send raw, unedited video. I am not comfortable with my image potentially being used to market future products or videos without my permission or without paying me. Thank you!

I offer up to 12 months usage rights on the UGC content I deliver, nothing more. Aside from that, other specifics, such as my revision policy, expenses, exclusivity, and more, can be found in my personal UGC agreement, which must be signed before I deliver final video, to protect my rights. To edit, I use apps "CapCut" and "Captions", both of which I've become highly proficient in using, to add cuts, captions, or media to your final video.

Yes! Included in ALL of my packages is both scriptwriting & video editing. Given my prior experience in working with brands, I'm very used to creating content both using a script from the brand AND using a script I wrote for the brand. Either one works, it's honestly up to you! :)
