• Measurements of the space/property, including wall lengths whenever possible.
• Doors and windows, including their location and approximate dimensions.
• The spaces you need (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.).
• Wall thicknesses, if you have this information.
• Any specific furniture or space requirements you would like to include.
• Any specific rules, dimensions, regulations, or requirements that the spaces need to follow.
• ️ A hand-drawn sketch, existing plan, PDF, image, or any other reference you have.

If you don't know how you want the spaces to be distributed, that's okay! I can help organize the layout and propose a functional distribution according to the dimensions and requirements you provide.

The more accurate information you provide, the more accurate the final drawing will be.
