What file formats do you accept for the raw 3D scan?
I accept STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, and point cloud formats (XYZ, PTS, E57). If your file is in a different format, just message me before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
What file formats will I receive back?
You'll get a cleaned, watertight STL and OBJ by default. If you need CAD formats like STEP, IGES, or Parasolid for reverse engineering, that's included in the Premium package (or available as an add-on).
My scan has holes, spikes, and messy geometry can you fix all of that?
Yes, that's exactly what I specialize in. I handle hole filling, non-manifold edge repair, spike/noise removal, and complete retopology so the final mesh is clean and watertight.
Will the fixed model be ready for 3D printing?
Yes. Every delivered file is checked for watertightness, correct normals, and manifold geometry meaning it will slice and print correctly without errors.
Can you reverse engineer my scan into an editable CAD model?
