Commander is a beast to build for, and it can be quite intimidating to think of 99 whole cards to include in a deck to make it at least coherent. I've been building commander decks randomly for the past couple years, so I can help build something. While I'm not perfect at building every single strategy or weird idea out there in the world, I've built decks under most of the color combinations, a mixture of normal looking decks to play good games and terribly jank decks just to have a laugh at

I have been playing magic on and off for years since Kaladesh block in 2016. I have been playing commander with a group of friends often for a bout a year now, and am familiar with making decks at lower power levels to play with them (my friends and I are not competitive grinders like that)
