Are your QuickBooks Online books behind or no longer matching the statements?
I will clean up or catch up your bookkeeping for one QBO company. Based on the package limits, I will:
Review and correct transaction categorization
Identify duplicates, missing items and unclear activity
Reconcile included bank and credit-card accounts to complete statements
Provide a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and unresolved-items list
Package limits are totals for the entire order. Each imported or manually entered activity line counts as one transaction, and each bank or credit-card register counts as one account. Complete statements and usable opening balances are required.
Please contact me before ordering if the file has unsupported opening balances, previously filed or locked periods, multi-currency, complex loans, payment-processor clearing accounts, or extensive A/R or A/P reconstruction.
This service excludes payroll processing, inventory accounting, tax preparation or filing, migrations, audits, reviews, compilations and other attest or assurance services. Additional scope requires a custom offer.

What is the difference between this Gig and monthly bookkeeping?
Monthly bookkeeping is for a current, already-maintained file. This Gig is for correcting or catching up prior months within the selected package limits.
What counts as a transaction and an account?
Each imported or manually entered activity line counts as one transaction. Each bank or credit-card register included in the reconciliation counts as one account.
What if my books exceed a package limit?
Please contact me before ordering. I can review the period, accounts and estimated transaction volume and prepare a custom offer when appropriate.
Can you fix opening balances, filed periods or complex historical issues?
These require review before ordering and may need separate scoping. I will not change a filed or locked period without clear written authorization and adequate support.
Do you provide payroll, inventory, tax or assurance services?
No. This Gig excludes payroll processing, inventory accounting, tax preparation or filing, audits, reviews, compilations and other attest or assurance services.
