Why do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Every project is different and it's very beneficial for the final outcome to have a little discussion before ordering. It will help me to figure out 3 key aspects. First, if I am able to fulfill the requirements. The second, the price. The third, delivery time.
What if you don’t have a sample portfolio of the type of video I am looking to make?
I understand there are many diverse categories of video out there, and honestly may not have a sample of every single category, BUT as long as you can send me YouTube link references, I know I can easily duplicate, apply, and improve the editing style to your video.
What Editing Software do you use?
I am currently using the latest version of Final Cut Pro X on Apple Mac. I have over 1000+ unique and special video effect plugins in my arsenal to help bring out the best in every video I produce.
I have multiple files, how do I send them to you for this project?
The best way is to send them to me via Google Drive link or Dropbox. Another alternative is sending it via wetransfer.com which has a 2GB limit.
What if I need a special video effect for this project that you do not have?
I will be as transparent as possible. I may not have everything (in software) you require, but I know where to easily get them. Any outside expenses for a video effect will be shouldered by you. For this, I will create a custom offer to cater to your special request.
My project needs B-Roll footage, will you provide the media?
No, all media (such as stock video) required by the project will be provided by you. But if you do not have stock videos for your project, you may special request it, and I shall do my best to provide.
Will you provide the background music if I don't have any?
Ofcourse, I can easily acquire, select and use FREE royalty-free background music for your video. If the purpose of your video will be for big-time public commercial use (i.e. shown on TV), I can also provide commercially licensed music for a price.
What happens if I don't like the outcome?
You will have the right to request for unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied with outcome, as long as there are no big major changes from the original discussion. But note, each revision extends the deadline.
What is your background?
I have done video editing professionally in the Philippines for 4 years. Today, I do full-time video editing as it is my passion. I believe creativity is not meant to be a hobby, but should be a way of life. I have 3 course degrees from one of my country's top universities.
