Hello and welcome to my gig! I am Jav, a Health and Wellness Advisor and athlete.

WHY ME?

In a nutshell, I used well-structured discipline methods/systems as a student to get into Occupational Therapy (a competitive Healthcare program), I repeated the process when I went into natural Bodybuilding to pull up 1st to 3rd places in EVERY competition, and finally applied it again to run an online business. So, here I live by what I can teach. Additionally, I have High Energy and High Standards for myself, and I avoid making excuses. // Don't worry, tho, I will listen to you and adjust something to fit your needs, speed, and ambition level. :) 

THE REAL HACK? // The real cheat code is your identity (or self-image), but I teach this in other programs/services.
