About this gig
Most "bug fix" requests come down to one of three things a patch applied months ago that nobody fully understood, two features that worked separately and stepped on each other in production, or a dependency upgrade that silently changed behavior. I diagnose first, then patch so the same bug doesn't come back wearing a different name next month.
What you get:
A written diagnosis (what's broken, where, and why not just "fixed it")
The actual fix, committed cleanly to your repo or returned as a patch
A regression check on the surrounding flow so the patch doesn't break something adjacent
Notes on any structural issue likely to surface again
Works with: Laravel 5.x through 12.x, CodeIgniter 3 and 4, plain PHP, PHP 7.x and 8.x.
This is NOT:
A feature build new functionality is a separate gig
A blind rescue of unknown scope for that, message me first; most rescues need a paid diagnosis hour before pricing makes sense
I confirm scope with you within 4 hours of order start. If a bug turns out to be bigger than the package covers, I pause and message you with options never silent overruns.

What if the bug is bigger than the package covers?
I pause and message you with what I found, an updated estimate, and your options — extend the gig, scope a paid add-on, or stop where we are. No surprise extras.
Do you need access to my production server?
Usually no — most bug fixes work from the repo. If a bug only reproduces in production, I'll ask for read-only staging access or a reliable way to reproduce locally before quoting.
Can you fix WordPress plugins or themes?
This gig is PHP / Laravel / CodeIgniter only. I take occasional WordPress work — message me first.
Will you write tests for the fix?
A regression test for the fixed path is included in the Premium tier. For Basic and Standard I'll add a test only when it's the fastest way to verify the fix.
Is there a warranty?
Yes on the Premium tier — if the same bug recurs within 14 days, I re-fix it free. Different bugs or new regressions are a new order.
What PHP and framework versions do you support?
PHP 7.0 through 8.3. Laravel 5.x through 12.x. CodeIgniter 3 and 4. Plain PHP (no framework) is fine.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Fiverr's built-in NDA add-on is fine, or I can sign yours before code access.
