What do you need for starting? (Exclusive of the your fee)
A domain and hosting or just a domain or site name (Depending on whether you want a woocommerce website or shopify website) and the site logo(if you have one)
Why do you not offer unlimited revisions for your premium package?
I've had a few abusive customers in the past who constantly harassed me over revising their websites over and over. This disrupted my work and made me quit because instead of asking for small changes they would demand that i recreate the whole design. i would be happy to make small changes but......
Do you provide a domain?
I do not
Do you provide support after the project is done?
YES, I provide support for only two weeks after the website is done for standard and premium package and 1 week of support for basic package, if you want longer period of support like for months/Year, get in touch with me and I will share my maintenance packages for that purpose.
Do you write content for the website?
No, content writing is not really my fortee, though i know a couple of individuals who will seemlessly do this work for you. if you wish to contact them then lemme know
What if there is a bug or glitch with my website?
As i said i provide support after finishing an order, if there is a problem with the website then i'll be sure to help
What if i have unique requirements for my website?
If you have unique requirements for your website that are not even specified in my premium package then i suggest that you contact and specify your needs and ill provide you a custom package that would pander to your needs
Do you provide licenses to the premium themes that you use on the website?
Yes indeed i do and you'd be surprised to know that i buy premium themes from the fee that you pay me unlike most freelancers who would compel you to buy that stuff from your own money, that's how determined i am towards making my customers experience with me worth it
