FAQ
What do I need to provide before you start?
Please provide your Stream Deck model, the software you want to control, and details about your current setup. For OBS setup, having OBS Studio already installed is recommended.
What is included in the Stream Deck setup?
I can configure OBS controls, scene switching, streaming and recording controls, mic controls, hotkeys, Multi Actions, profiles, folders, plugins, and other shortcuts based on your package.
Is my Stream Deck compatible?
I can work with supported Elgato Stream Deck devices and compatible Stream Deck software. Send me your exact model before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
Can you fix my Stream Deck if the buttons are not working?
Yes. I can troubleshoot common issues such as buttons not triggering, OBS actions not responding, incorrect profiles, plugin issues, and shortcut conflicts.
How long does the setup take?
Delivery depends on the package and complexity of the setup. Basic configurations can be completed faster, while custom profiles and advanced automation may require more time. I will follow the delivery time shown on the package you order.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included according to the package you choose. Revisions are for adjustments to the agreed setup and do not include completely new requirements outside the original scope.
