Need help organizing your expenses in QuickBooks Online? I will categorize straightforward transactions using your existing chart of accounts and flag unclear items for your input.

I am a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. My background in laboratory science and pharmacy has built strong habits in accurate data entry, documentation, and handling confidential information.

Packages cover one business:

Basic: Up to 21 transactions across 1 bank or credit card account.

Standard: Up to 51 transactions across 2 accounts.

Premium: Up to 101 transactions across 3 accounts.

Transaction limits are totals across all included accounts. I can use receipts and supporting documents you provide to help determine categories.

This service is intended for businesses with QuickBooks Online already established. It excludes bank reconciliation, historical cleanup, payroll, inventory accounting, tax advice or filing, and financial statement preparation.
