Do I get a revised recording if It's not quite what I'm looking for?
If the initial recording is not quite what you were hoping for and is up to 300 words, please send me some more detailed direction and I will re-record for you. If the word limit is over 300 words send me a message and we will work out amendments, but usually you will need to re-order.
Do I need a Commercial License?
Fiverr states a Commerical License is to be used if you intend to use this voice over for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels, like a website, so if it's being used as advertising for a product or service in any way, you will require one!
Do you edit mistakes on your part for free?
Absolutely! If I make any errors at all, I will edit them as part of the gig.
How long does it take you to deliver a gig?
I take up to 2 days maximum to deliver you your gig. I always strive to deliver in one, but this can't be guaranteed - if you need it within 24 hours, there is a gig extra you can order!
Do you deliver in 24 hours?
I always strive to provide the recording within one day, but if you order the 24 hour gig extra, this guarantees 24 delivery!
Can I send you direction?
Please do- the more direction I have from you, the more spot on I can be the first time round!
Where are you located and what time zone are you in?
I am based in London in the UK and on GMT or BST (depending on the time of year!) If it takes me a few hours to get back to you it may because it's night where I am, but I always check Fiverr first thing and will get back to you ASAP!
What is your communication policy?
Please message me to discuss your project first if you want to know I'm right for your project and to tell me more! Once you have ordered please do send me as much info as you see fit. I ensure to keep you informed at every step and I always respond and deliver as soon as possible!
Can I designate file names?
Of course! Please do just let me know how you would like them saved.
How many revisions do I get?
If you're not completely happy with the recording, I will re-record as part of the gig for word counts up to 300 words. Anything over this you will have to order another gig. Please do reach out for a short sample from me if needed so I can get it right first time for you!
