Both. Sometimes it makes more sense to build on what's there, and sometimes starting fresh is the cleaner option. I'll have a proper look at your current setup first and let you know what I'd recommend before we do anything.
I'm not very tech-savvy will I actually be able to use what you build?
That's exactly why I build it around how you work, not around what ClickUp can theoretically do. Everything gets set up with your team in mind, and I walk you through it all so nothing feels confusing once I hand it over.
Do I need a paid ClickUp plan for this?
Not necessarily. I'll work with whatever plan you're on and make sure you're getting the most out of it. If an upgrade would genuinely benefit you, I'll tell you, but I'll never recommend it just for the sake of it.
