About this gig
Moving hosts, lost your site, or want a safe backup before an update? I'll handle your WordPress backup, migration or restore carefully so your pages, posts, media, users and settings arrive intact.
WHAT YOU GET
- Full backup of files and database
- Migration to a new host, domain or server (cPanel, VPS, and most managed hosts)
- Restore from a backup after a crash, hack or failed update
- Post-move checks: links, images, SSL, permalinks and forms
- Short summary of what was done
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell me your current host, the new host and any deadline.
2. I take a backup of your existing site first, so nothing is lost.
3. I move or restore the site and set up the database and configuration.
4. I test the site and confirm everything works before you switch DNS.
WHY ME
- 12+ years working with WordPress, MySQL and Linux servers
- Backup-first approach for a low-risk move
- Fast turnaround; ask about urgent jobs before ordering
Send me a message with your hosting details (never your password in chat) and I'll confirm the right package.
Respect third-party rights

My Portfolio
FAQ
Will my site go offline during migration?
Usually no. I set up the copy on the new host first and you switch DNS when you're ready.
Which hosts do you support?
Most cPanel, VPS and managed WordPress hosts. Message me your host so I can confirm.
Can you restore a hacked website?
I can restore from a clean backup. If you have no backup, message me first so I can assess it.
How do I share access?
Use a temporary hosting or admin account and delete it after delivery. Don't post passwords in chat.
Do you change my domain name or DNS?
I can guide you through DNS changes, or make them if you give me access.
