Yes, I'll send you a link to a lightweight remote access tool (like AnyDesk or Quick Assist). It takes less than a minute to set up and no technical knowledge is required.
What if my issue isn't resolved?
I offer an additional revision add-on, and I stand behind my work. If the problem persists after my fix, message me and we'll sort it out.
Is my data safe during a remote session?
Absolutely. You can watch everything I do in real time on your screen, and you can end the session at any time. I never access personal files unless you specifically ask me to.
What types of issues can you fix?
Slow performance, startup problems, virus/malware removal, driver issues, Windows errors, blue screens, freezing, and general optimization. If I can't fix it remotely, I'll tell you upfront.
