FAQ
Do you use automated auto-tracing software?
No. Auto-tracing produces uneven lines and messy anchor points. I manually redraw every image node-by-node to deliver smooth, production-ready vector paths.
Do you send a sketch before delivering the final vector artwork?
Yes! For Standard and Premium packages, I send a rough composition sketch first. Once you approve the sketch and layout, I move on to clean vector line art and coloring.
What does a "Revision" include?
Revisions cover minor adjustments such as color changes, font tweaks, scaling, or small line corrections. Revisions do not cover drawing a completely new concept, different character pose, or new scene from scratch after the initial sketch was approved.
What source files will I receive?
You will receive clean, organized source files in native Figma (.fig) or Inkscape (.svg) format depending on your preference, along with standard SVG, PDF, and high-res PNG formats.
My image is extremely blurry and low quality. Can you still trace it?
In most cases, yes. However, if details are unreadable, please send me the image first via direct message so I can confirm if it can be accurately reconstructed.
Will the vector file be ready for commercial printing (T-shirts, keychains, posters)?
Yes. I deliver high-resolution, print-ready files (300 DPI PNG, PDF, and scalable SVG/EPS) that work seamlessly for screen printing, merch production, and laser cutting.
Can you draw complex isometric backgrounds or custom characters in the Basic Package?
The Basic package is specifically for simple character busts or headshot avatars. If you need full-body characters, poster typography, or detailed isometric environments (like cityscapes), please select the Standard or Premium package or you can add extras.
