I've worked in print on demand since 2007 and web publishing since 2005.
I've published tens of thousands of designs across the web, creating T-shirt artwork, uploading products, and writing titles, descriptions, and tags for major POD marketplaces, including Amazon Merch on Demand, Redbubble, TeePublic, and Spreadshirt.

What do you need to get started?
Please provide your website URL, screenshots or error messages, when the issue started, and any recent changes. After reviewing the problem, I will confirm the appropriate package and access needed.
Do you need access to my website?
Usually, yes. A temporary WordPress administrator account may be needed. Some issues also require hosting or Printful access. We will agree on the minimum access required through Fiverr messages. You can remove temporary access after completion.
Will you back up my website before making changes?
I check that a suitable backup is available before making changes. Creating a new backup is a separate extra when supported by your hosting setup. If a staging site is available, we can agree to test changes there first.
Can you guarantee that every issue will be fixed?
I assess the issue before accepting the work and agree on a specific scope. Some problems depend on third-party outages, platform restrictions, or software developers. If I discover such a limitation, I will explain it and discuss the next steps with you before proceeding.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision round covers adjustments related to the original agreed issue. New problems or additional requests are quoted separately. If the original fix needs correction, I will address it within the agreed scope without charging an additional revision fee.
What is excluded from these packages?
Custom development, malware removal, website redesign, and paid software licenses are excluded. Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure whether your request is covered.
