What files do you provide after the job is complete?
I provide STL, OBJ, 3DM files for 3D printing as well as high resolution images for visualization. If you need files in other formats, please let me know in advance.
How long does it take to create one 3D model of a piece of jewelry?
Usually it takes from 2 to 5 working days to create a model, depending on the complexity of the piece. If the project is urgent, please email me in advance and I will try to find a solution.
Can I ask to make changes to the 3D model after the work is completed?
Yes, up to 2-3 free minor edits are included in the price of the service. If more significant changes are required, this may incur an additional charge. I always try to incorporate all your requests from the beginning to minimize edits.
Can you create a custom 3D model from my sketch or photo?
