In order to create a high-quality video, it is essential that I have access to the actual product. To accomplish this, I kindly request that you cover the shipping fee associated with sending the product to me.
How long does it take for you to produce the video after you receive the product?
The product shots can be created within a week. If any editing is required, it usually takes 14 days. Under special circumstances, we can create the videos within a few days for an additional fee.
Are actors included?
Actors are not included in the base price. However, we can arrange them at an additional cost.
Can I get a project file if there is editing included?
We don't provide project files, however, you can get the files for an extra fee.
