My SMS isn't sending at all. Can you fix that?
Probably not with this gig. If messages aren't delivering, it's almost always A2P 10DLC registration or email domain authentication rather than the workflow. Message me first and I'll tell you which it is, so you don't buy a build that can't send.
Will the sequence stop if someone replies?
Yes, on every package. It's the first thing I set up, because sequences that keep chasing a customer who already answered cost you more than no sequence at all.
Do you write the messages or do I?
Either. Send your copy and I'll build it, or you can order my copyrighting service separately and I'll write the SMS and emails from your tone and offer.
Can it move deals through pipeline stages automatically?
Yes, from Nurture Automation upward, on any condition you can define.
I already have workflows but they're a mess. Can you fix rather than rebuild?
Usually yes, and it's often faster. Send screenshots of what you have and I'll tell you honestly whether fixing or rebuilding is cheaper.
