I will provide technical support to help solve any PC issue. I will also provide support if you are having trouble installing a program. Even if you just have a few PC questions, I will answer them for you. You can consider me your personal IT specialist. I do have a day job performing tech support, so I will not be able to get back to you immediately concerning your support issues, I will do my best. The charge is $5 for 15min of tech support. If you have a big issue then we can discuss the total amount of time it will take and charge accordingly. *Internet access required for direct PC support
