How does shipping work?
Since I'm US based, I will ship flat rate through USPS. I have a business account with USPS that gives an additional 1-2% discount on shipping. Once I'm done printing your part, I'll ship next day to the address you provide me with. Standard package gets free US shipping.
Can I reach out with specific requirements?
Yeah, definitely. For instance, if you'd like a higher infill percentage, then let me know.
What happens when I place an order?
You and me will work together so you'll have your part(s) made exactly the way you want it. I'm pretty prompt with messages in general and will send you print updates along the way.
How much will my part cost?
The final cost depends on your part's overall size + shipping. Shipping is included (US only) for the standard package and in some limited bulk orders. The prices offered above are just an estimated ballpark and may change depending on your part(s). I'll reach out to you in such cases.
How long will my part take to be printed?
Ah, this question. Print time depends on your part's size, complexity, layer height, and infill. Small parts can take 1-10 hours, while larger or detailed ones can take 10+ hours. I'll give you an accurate print time once I review your part(s). I ship the next day your parts have been printed.
Any discounts?
Yes :) While I try to be affordable, I realize there's a fine line between quality work and price. Bulk orders get 10-15% off and the standard package includes free shipping. No color preference also earns a 5% discount. I use quality filaments and try my best to keep costs fair and competitive.
