What counts as one issue?
One reproducible failure with an agreed expected result in one workflow of up to 10 nodes. Additional failures, extra features or a workflow redesign require a separate scope. Please message me before ordering.
What should I send before ordering?
Send the error message, n8n version, expected behavior and a redacted workflow or screenshot. Remove passwords, tokens and personal customer data. We agree on secure access only after confirming the scope.
Will you change my live workflow?
We agree on a backup and testing approach first. Where possible, I work on a copy with sample data. Live activation and any actions affecting external systems are agreed with you before changes.
Can you fix every error?
No. Feasibility depends on the cause and available access. Third-party outages, revoked accounts, missing permissions and unsupported services may require action from you or the provider. I assess the issue before accepting the order.
What is included in the revision?
One adjustment to the fix for the original agreed issue. New functionality, different errors, hosting work or changes caused by later edits are not included.
