What do you need from me to get started?
Just three things: your WhatsApp Business number, access to your Meta/Facebook Business account (for the official WhatsApp API), and the info you want the bot to know — prices, FAQs, timings, location. No technical skills needed on your side; I guide you through every step.
Are there any monthly or running costs?
The build is a one-time fee. Two costs are separate and pay-as-you-go, billed by the providers (not me): the AI usage and WhatsApp's per-conversation fee — both are low. Optional monthly hosting + maintenance is available if you'd like me to run and update it for you.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use it?
None. Once it's live it runs on its own, answering customers 24/7 while leads drop into your Google Sheet/CRM and you get email alerts. I include a simple walkthrough so you're fully comfortable.
Will I own the bot and the source code?
Yes — the bot is built for you and it's yours. Source code is included in Premium (and available as an add-on on other tiers), so you're never locked in.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes revisions, and I'm available to fix issues after handover. For ongoing peace of mind, I offer optional monthly maintenance + hosting — I keep it running, updated, and monitored so you don't have to.
