I'm a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years in audit and finance, including Big 4 experience. Every file ties to your bank's closing balance before I deliver it. Most converters stop at copying rows. I check them.

What you get:

- Every transaction extracted: date, payee, amount

- Categorized to your chart of accounts, or IRS Schedule C categories for your tax preparer

- Tie-out tab: opening + deposits - withdrawals = closing balance

- Exceptions list: unclear items as questions, not guesses

- Monthly totals by category (cash-basis P&L view)

- QuickBooks and/or Xero import file, plus Excel

Owner draws, loans and transfers are kept out of your expenses. Files are deleted 30 days after delivery.
