3. Harmonized Online Application Form.

4. Travel insurance.

5. Airline bookings.

6. Detailed Travel itinerary.

7. Hotel reservations.

8. Employer NOC letter.

9. Leave Approval Proof (Email copy).

10. Pay slips of the last 3 months.

11. Income Tax Returns Proof of last 3 years.

13. Stamped Bank statements of the last 6 months. (For Norway, last 3 months bank statement is enough.)

14. Passport Biodata page.

15.Any additional proof of funds or other relevant document.
