Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. The bot runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta. I guide you through verifying your business and connecting a number. Personal WhatsApp accounts cannot be automated safely.
Can I trial the bot before a bigger purchase?
Yes. The Basic package is designed as a low-risk trial: you get a working bot trained on your documents to test. If you like it, I will send a custom offer to upgrade to Standard or Premium.
How do you stop the bot from making things up?
The bot answers only from your uploaded documents, cites its sources, and gives a safe fallback reply or hands over to a human when it does not know. I test it with real customer questions before delivery.
Can the bot reply in Sinhala or Tamil?
Standard and Premium include multi-language replies. AI is strongest in English, so I test local-language answers with you and set a fallback to English or a human where quality is not good enough.
Who pays for WhatsApp and AI usage costs?
Meta per-conversation fees and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, so you keep full ownership of the number, data and bot. I will estimate your likely monthly cost before we start.
