I will fix your plans after city plan check comments

About this gig
A city correction letter can stall a project for weeks. Each round of resubmittal costs time and money, and many comm3nts repeat because they weren't fully addressed the first time.
Send me your comm3nt letter and drawings. I'll work through every item, revise the affected sheets, add missing details and code notes, cloud and delta the revisions, and write an item-by-item response letter. Your resubmittal will be clear and easy for the reviewer to approve.
What you get:
Every plan check comm3nt addressed on the drawings
Missing details, sections, notes and schedules added
Revisions clouded and tagged with deltas
Item-by-item response letter for resubmittal
Updated PDF set, plus DWG if needed
This service is ideal for homeowners, contractors and designers dealing with residential plan check comments.
Note: Comm3nts that need structural calculations or an engineer's stamp will be flagged so your engineer can address them.
