I am a design and drafting consultant specializing in permit-submission drawing packages for residential and small commercial projects across Canada (excluding Ontario due to conflict-of-interest policy).

I bring a municipal-side perspective to my work, having professional experience working with municipalities in Southwestern Ontario as a Building Inspector and Plans Examiner. This background allows me to prepare drawings that are clear, practical, and aligned with how authorities actually review permit submissions.
