1. What information do you need before starting the logo design?
Please share your business name, tagline (if any), industry, target audience, preferred style, color preferences, and any inspiration or references. The more details you provide, the better We can match your vision.
2. Will my logo be created using AI tools if I place an order?
No. Every logo is custom-designed by my team and me based on your brand and business goals. We use Adobe Illustrator to create original, scalable vector logos and provide the original source and vector files for future editing and professional use.
3. If I provide an AI-generated image, can you recreate the exact same logo?
We recommend using an original logo instead of an AI-generated image. Unlicensed AI designs may cause copyright, trademark, or registration issues in the future. If you own the rights or have a valid license, we'll be happy to recreate it accurately.
4. What if I'm unsure about the logo style I want?
No problem! If you're unsure about the right direction, we'll help you identify the best style for your brand by understanding your business, target audience, and goals. Just send us a message, and we'll discuss your project before getting started.
5. What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive high-quality files suitable for both print and digital use. Depending on your package, files may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, Transparent File (PNG), and JPG, along with the original editable source files.
6. What if the logo concept doesn't fully match my expectations?
Logo design is a collaborative process, and your feedback is essential. The more specific your comments, the better we can refine the concept through your package revisions. If needed, we can also arrange a Zoom meeting to better understand your vision.
7. What is a 3D Mockup?
A 3D logo mockup is a presentation of your 2D logo using realistic emboss, depth, and shadow effects to give it a 3D appearance. It is for preview purposes only and is not an editable logo file. Any logo changes must be made to the original source/vector files.
8. What is a transparent logo file, and why do I need it?
A transparent logo file (PNG) has no background, allowing you to place your logo on any color, image, or design without a visible background. It's ideal for websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
9. What if we're in different time zones?
We work with clients worldwide and are experienced in managing projects across different time zones. Our official working hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). Outside these hours, we regularly check messages and respond to your questions as soon as possible to keep your project moving smoothly.
10. Can you assist with other design projects after my logo is complete?
Absolutely!
