Yes. You will need to reschedule your conversation or notify your conversation partner at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, in order to prevent it from being deducted from the package you purchased.
Will I be able to prepare beforehand for my conversations?
Yes. Based on the information you provide us when you register, we will prepare a series of conversation guides that will allow you to see the direction each conversation may take. Armed with this information, you can prepare any vocabulary you feel you are lacking in order to have a fluent one.
If I do not like my conversation partner, can I request a new one?
Yes. We will allow you to change your conversation partner once, but note that if you decide to change, there might be scheduling constraints with your new conversation partner.
How many conversations may I have per week?
As many as you want. We adapt to your learning speed.
