FAQ
What do I need to start testing?
I just need the URL for public-facing pages. For any secure pages, I'll also require testing credentials.
Will you provide any certification or badge for passing an audit?
No, I'm not able to do that at this time.
Can you use other screen readers, browsers, or assistive devices in your testing?
I'm happy to discuss this in advance, just tell me at the start. If it's a simple replacement like testing with Edge instead of Chrome, then I'm happy to make any adjustments to my process that will meet your business needs. Otherwise, we might need to consider an upcharge.
How does Pleasantly Bizarre use my information?
I use the information you provide for building a testing plan, accessing your site, and for building your customized reports. I will NEVER sell or give away your information to any other party, unless they have a subpoena, at which point I will provide the very minimum required for legal compliance.
