Do I need to give you my Mailchimp/Brevo login, or can you work with an API key?
An API key is all I need in most cases, so you never have to share your password. If your platform requires direct access for a specific setting, I'll ask only for that, and you can revoke access once the work is delivered.
What information do you need from me before you start?
Your WordPress admin access, your email/SMS platform account (existing or new), your target audience or list size, and a short note on your goals (more sign-ups, automation, SMS, etc.). I'll confirm everything in the requirements form before starting.
Do you handle domain/DNS authentication for email deliverability?
Yes. I set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your emails land in the inbox instead of spam. If you don't have access to your domain's DNS settings, just loop in whoever manages your hosting or domain registrar.
How many revisions are included?
1 revision on the Basic package, 2 on Standard, and 3 on Premium. Revisions cover adjustments to what was scoped in your order; if your needs grow beyond the original brief, I'm happy to quote an extra.
