What do you need from me to get started?
Just your raw recordings (audio or video). I'll also need access to your podcast hosting platform and any brand assets (logo, intro/outro files) you want included. If you don't have these yet, I can guide you through setup.
How fast is your turnaround?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days per episode from the time I receive your raw files. Rush delivery is available as a gig extra.
Do you write show notes from scratch?
Yes. I listen to each episode and craft SEO-friendly show notes with timestamps, key takeaways, and guest bios optimized for search and listener engagement.
Will you publish directly to my accounts?
Absolutely. I handle full publishing to YouTube, Spotify for Creators, and any other platforms you use. You review before anything goes live, or you can grant me direct publishing access for a true hands-off experience.
Do you create the short-form clips too?
Yes. I extract 4 high-impact moments from each episode and format them as YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Instagram Reels with captions and hooks tailored to each platform.
What if I have recurring guests or a co-host?
