We are open to any ideas you have and will keep you in the loop every step of the way: increasing the chance of first time satisfaction. Even still, we are more than happy to revisit the video until your complete satisfaction.
Where will you shoot the video?
Dependant on how you want it, we have an array of custom backgrounds and options of places to shoot, for example: office, living room, garden, street, nature reserve, beach, bridges, town centres, vehicles, to name a few.
What equipment do you use?
We have an office space where we keep out equipment, consisting of: Canon 4k camera, Rhodes Microphone, an array of lighting equipment, tripods and stands, and some of the most up to date and advanced editing software and tools.
Will the video be compatible for different platforms?
Yes, we will provide copies of the video in the format needed, be it Landscape, Portrait or optimised specifically for PC, Mobile or particular apps which have text overlays such as TikTok. Our editors are able to preview how it will look on specific apps and devices.
What's the delivery time if we have to send you the product?
The countdown of either 3 days as standard, or the gig extra of just 2 days, will start the moment the product has been received.
