Light Language is a form of energy transmission from spiritual entities that facilitate your spiritual growth. It's akin to a verbal Reiki transmission in that the energy doesn't come from the medium/channel but from an externalized source. In my particular case, I work with my higher Self, your higher Self, Source directly, Shiva and Shakti, and Archangels. All are ultimate reflections of Source, but each reflection can have it's own flavors coming through.

Everyone's experiences with any modality involving some for of spiritual/energy transmission is a unique personal journey. For myself, Light Codes affect me and I can feel their spiritual/energetic resonance within myself as a tangible impact on my physical experience: i.e. I feel it in my body. You may be different, but ultimately you need to listen to your various subtle bodies: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Astral, Light, and Causal bodies.
