FAQ
What information do you need to diagnose the bug?
Send the page URL, screenshots, clear steps to reproduce the issue, browser and device details, and the relevant source files. If the site is not public, message me first to confirm the safest access method.
Can you fix WordPress, Shopify, or plugin problems?
The listed packages cover custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end code. WordPress, Shopify, themes, plugins, databases, and server-side problems are outside this Gig unless we agree on a custom scope first.
How do you count separate bugs for the package limit?
One issue is one distinct problem or malfunction. Several symptoms caused by the same root problem may count as one issue after diagnosis. Message me before ordering if the scope is unclear.
