About this Gig
As a VIRTUAL ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, I will pursue new properties and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties, negotiate and overcome objections and deal destroyers, on behalf of the Real estate investment companies and individual investors/wholesalers.
Using the right negotiation framework and methodologies, I will negotiate purchase price in order to get the best possible deal for you, while also making sure it is beneficial to the seller. My job role as your real estate acquisitions specialist will include:
1. Acquisition Scripts
2. Rebuttals
3. Due Diligence
4. Market Research
5. Pulling Comps
6. Accurately Estimate repair/rehab costs
7. Gather all "Critical Data to determine After Repair Value (ARV) and offer price points
8. Ordering Pictures
9. Followup process
10. Nurturing Follow ups
