For a fee of $100.00, excluding applicable USPTO filing fees, I can electronically file your provisional, non-provisional, and design patents. This service includes the preparation of all necessary filing paperwork.

In addition, I can draft your provisional patent application for a fee ranging from $500 to $1,000, depending on the complexity of your invention. For non-provisional patent applications, my fees range from $1,000 to $3,500, again depending on the complexity of your invention. I provide consultations free of charge to provide clients with accurate price estimates.

While I work with inventions related to most areas of technology, I do not currently draft applications concerning chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical products. Throughout the drafting process, I remain readily available to answer any questions or concerns to ensure that your invention is appropriately captured and your intellectual property is protected.
