Send me your photo to start the watercolor illustration of a house sketch or portrait. I'll create a more creative and eye-catching hand-painted watercolor house sketch or illustration. It's not a digital copy, please note.
It's ideal for print, magazines, branding, realtor closing gifts, personalized housewarming gifts, home portrait gifts, first home gifts, and countless more uses.
I use my own hand drawings and watercolor on A4, A3, and A2 300 gr/m2 paper.
All of my artwork is entirely handcrafted and original watercolors. The only changes I can make are to the sketch and the start of the project.
I don't mail the hard copy out. I only send high-resolution files for transfer. However, you can purchase an original painting and pay for shipping.

I spent several years studying illustration design at Kyiv's National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Currently, I work as a freelancer.
I have experience with ink and watercolor drawing, as well as linocut and monothype prints. I typically create graphics, landscapes, and portraits of people and animals for commissions, album covers, and other projects.
