What files do you need from me?
A 3D model (STEP, IGES or Parasolid is best) or clear sketches or photos with the main dimensions. Please also tell me the material, quantity and how the part is used.
I only have a hand sketch. Can you still help?
Yes. Choose the Premium package, which includes 3D modeling from your sketch, or message me for a custom offer on Basic or Standard.
Which standard do you use for tolerances and GD&T?
ASME Y14.5. If your manufacturer requires a different standard, message me before ordering.
Will the drawing be ready for a CNC shop to quote?
Yes. It includes every dimension, tolerance, datum, material and finish note a shop needs to quote and machine the part.
Can I get the native CATIA file?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages, along with STEP. Basic includes PDF and DWG/DXF.
Do you keep my files private?
Yes. Your files stay private, and I never show client parts in my portfolio without your permission. I can also sign your NDA.
