I trace every single image 100% manually by hand using Adobe Illustrator. I never use auto-trace tools. This guarantees clean, precise paths, smooth curves, and professional-quality results every time.
What file formats will I receive after delivery?
You will receive your vector files in AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF formats, plus a high-resolution PNG with transparent background.
What should I send you to get started?
Simply send me your original image in any format JPG, PNG, PDF, or even a photo of a hand-drawn sketch. The higher the resolution, the better the result. If your file is low quality, don't worry, just message me first and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
How many revisions do I get?
My Standard and Premium packages include unlimited revisions. I will keep refining your vector until you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is my top priority and I won't close the order until you're happy with the result.
Which package is right for my project?
It depends on your image complexity. The Basic package is perfect for simple logos and clean line art. The Standard package suits detailed logos and multi-color graphics. The Premium package is ideal for complex illustrations, multi-element designs, or embroidery-ready files.
Can you handle low-quality or blurry images?
Yes! Since I trace everything manually by hand, I can work with low-resolution, blurry, or damaged images that auto-trace tools simply cannot handle. However, please message me before ordering with very low-quality files so I can confirm the complexity and delivery time.
Will my vector files be print-ready and scalable to any size?
Absolutely. Every vector file I deliver is fully scalable from a business card to a billboard without any loss of quality. All files are print-ready at 300 DPI and above, suitable for professional printing, signage, embroidery, merchandise, and digital use.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes. Just provide your brand color codes (CMYK, RGB, HEX, or Pantone) in your order requirements and I will match them precisely. If you don't have color codes, I will sample colors directly from your original image.
Will I own full rights to the vector file after delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Once the order is complete and payment is processed, you receive full commercial rights to the delivered vector files. You are free to use them for any personal or commercial purpose.
