I usually need collaborator access to your Shopify store. You can grant this securely from your Shopify admin without sharing your password. If needed, I will guide you step-by-step.
How long does it take to fix my issue?
Most Shopify bugs and Liquid errors are fixed within 24 hours. More complex issues (multiple bugs or app conflicts) may take longer, but I always provide a clear estimate before starting.
What if my Shopify store is completely broken?
No problem. I specialize in fixing broken Shopify stores, including theme errors, app conflicts, and checkout issues. Just send me a message first and I will analyze the issue.
What if the issue is not fully resolved?
I work until the agreed issue is fixed. If something is within scope and not working correctly, I will revise it. Your store should be working properly when I’m done.
Is my store data safe? Will you share my access details?
Yes, your data stays private. I only use the staff access to fix the issue — nothing else. I don't share, store, or use your credentials beyond the job. Once the fix is delivered, you can revoke access immediately. NDA available on request.
