What types of books do you format?
I format novels, clean adult fiction, Christian fiction and nonfiction, memoirs, devotionals, inspirational books, and other general nonfiction. I do not accept erotica or manuscripts containing graphic sexual content.
What do I need to send you?
Please send your final, edited manuscript in Microsoft Word format. If your book contains images, please also provide the original, high-resolution image files.
Do you format books for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark?
Yes. I can prepare professional print-ready interiors for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other print-on-demand platforms.
Does your service include editing or proofreading?
No. Book formatting and layout are separate from editing and proofreading. Your manuscript should be fully edited before formatting begins. However, I do offer professional editing and proofreading services for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering for a custom quote.
What is included in professional book formatting?
Formatting can include page size, margins, fonts, paragraph styles, chapter openings, headers, page numbers, front matter, section breaks, and other elements needed for a professional book interior.
Can you format an eBook as well as a paperback?
Yes. My Premium package includes print formatting and an EPUB eBook with a clickable table of contents.
What if my book has a lot of photographs, illustrations, charts, or tables?
Please contact me before ordering. Books with extensive graphics or complex layouts may require a custom quote.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the formatting or layout already completed. Adding new chapters, replacing substantial amounts of text, or making extensive manuscript changes after formatting may require an additional fee.
