About this gig
Most broken automations were working the day they were delivered. Something quietly changed - a renamed field, an expired token, an API that started rate limiting - and nobody found out until the data was already wrong.
Send me what you have and I will tell you what is actually wrong with it, in plain English.
I look at your workflow, your prompts, your error handling and the places where it fails silently. Then I send you a written note: what is broken, what will break next, what to fix first, and how I would fix each one. If the answer is "this is fine, your problem is somewhere else", I will tell you that too.
Good for: n8n, Make or Zapier workflows, AI chatbots and agents, OpenAI or Claude API integrations, and PDF or document processing pipelines.
What this is not: I do not build or change anything here. This is a diagnosis. If you want the fixes implemented, I will quote that separately once we both know the size of it.

FAQ
Do you need access to my system?
Usually not. Screenshots of the workflow, an export of it, or read-only access is enough. If I do need access to reproduce something, I will ask, and you can revoke it the moment the review is delivered.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then I tell you that in writing and point you at where the problem more likely sits. You get an honest answer either way, which is what you are paying for.
Can you fix what you find?
Yes, but not inside this order. I quote the fixes separately once we both know the size of them. That way you are never paying for an open-ended repair job.
How do follow-up questions work?
You can ask follow-up questions on the findings for two weeks after delivery, at no extra cost - that is included in the revision. If you want more call time to work through them, I can add 30 minutes as an extra. Implementing the fixes is quoted separately, once we both know the size of it.
