4. Pass, Fail, Unclear or Blocked results, with prioritised findings
5. One revision, including one retest of up to 5 originally failed scenarios

Please provide an authorised demo, approved business information and any actions testing must avoid. Testing is limited to 30 initial conversation runs. Delivery is within 5 days of receiving complete requirements.

This package covers assessment and suggestions, not chatbot fixes, security testing, load testing, voice agents or live transactions. Findings describe observed behaviour; they do not guarantee every error will be found.
